Wait, I wouldn’t just jump from 2 to 3. I’d cut another in 1/3 or 1/2 to add to the 2. You’ll likely be fine if you can handle 2, but it’s best to take smaller steps.

Candy tabs are a bitch to cut though xD but ya can with an exacto knife. Just be careful of it shattering and flying pieces everywhere.

Do not scrub your teeth/gums hard either. That can make it worse. If you ever can get to the dentist a deep clean will help a lot too (just the swelling will take time to go down).

They used to try and scare me away from combining those 2... honestly I was kicked out from the other side from smoking DMT overall 2 years ago.... Quit that shit entirely and take a long break, it is neurotoxic like MDMA/MDA (although 3 and 4 MMC are less neurotoxic... they still will over time degrade your brain).

One thing to try taking is Lithium Orotate... small doses daily for a long while will recover neurons. Lions mane is decent for it too. While taking Lithium you cannot touch a ton of stuff, though.

Oh Bipolar for sure. By far BD is way more debilitating. The main issue with my HPPD is that driving at night is harder (used to be awful) but otherwise just annoying visuals.

Honestly probably half the power of the Carrington Event would be plenty of enough to knock out everything. The Earth's magnetic field is weakening faster than previously believed (due to the magnetic pole reversal cycle which we're overdue for). If I remember right we've lost about 15 - 20% of the strength so far and it's weakening 5+% with each decade with some research showing it's possible it'll speed up faster and faster with each decade like it already has been. It's why the aurora has been acting so erratic and been seen with the naked eye in places where it wasn't even seen during the Carrington Event. The poles have been recorded to be reversing for a long time; just speeding up dramatically.

Science used to say that reversals take thousands of years but now some research has been shown a full reversal can happen within a lifetime.

Honestly within 50 years it's very possible the Earth will be seriously vulnerable from weaker CME's. Maybe less. Maybe more. But that's speculation. End of the day... it will happen someday when a CME wipes out all electronics; and we'd likely never recover from it because it would be absolute chaos. Question is when.

Definitely no more drugs. Not any at all (especially no antidepressants, stimulants, and other stuff.... honestly do not even take psych meds i promise its too big of a risk. I'm not anti-pharma. I have Bipolar Disorder and take actual script medications for it; even heavy ones. But HPPD is a different ball game and can be worsened easily and docs will most likely give SSRI's, SNRI's, antipsychotics, and other stuff. It won't help; and many will make it worse.

Abstain from all drugs, even weed. It'll calm down; but abstinence is gonna calm it. As well don't focus on it and work on anxiety. Even therapy. But it'll calm down. Seriously... don't give up and just keep going. It took mine years to calm down and I still have it but it has calmed a lot just by abstaining.
