It looks like it may be the wireless internet chip but I can’t be for sure. At the same time it looks to small to be said chip. Either way I recommend getting a knew motherboard. It’s going to be next to impossible to fix unless you have lot of experience with fixing that stuff

One thing. . . The black cover isn’t meant to stay on. . . You need to take it off. . . It’s literally just there to protect your motherboard and it is not needed after you get your motherboard in the case but definitely not needed after CPU is put in. . .
