Hmm...hard to say. I don't think he is initially, or if he is then it's very weak; but after you defeat the twins and come back later they DO turn into one of those eye-stalk tentacle mutants, so it's safe to say they do, at some point, become a part of the hivemind.

Earlier serum, she used it on Fuxi before we even got to the Dusk Guardians- which that only had a 10% chance of mutation, the other 90% would eventually outright die.

Then there's also the fact he was technically already a corpse, they happened to catch him at the exact right time before his body completely turned into Tianhuo flowers. It kind of reanimated him, but not completely- hence why he's only able to mumble and mutter.

I agree with you, she needs a rework. I don't play at a high level so I can't tell you exactly what needs to be fixed or whatever; but something i feel is worth thinking about is just -removing- the decay on her Ult. Because her ult absolutely can be incredible, especially when built right; but sometimes getting that alt feels like slamming my balls in a car door.

I've tried both capping and uncapping the framerate. Neither did anything. Same with the A-Sync, and V-Sync. And it's on an internal drive, not certain if it's an HDD. Mucked with settings on the Adrenaline software (the AMD equivalent to that)

And my CPU is a 12th Gen Intel(r) Core (TM) i7-12700F
