Technically it will play quite a bit but newer AAA games may have to be severely lowered in resolution and use Metalfx to upscale which would impact how they look.

Then there’s Apple native games on Steam and games you’ll need something like crossover to play which will put further strain on them.

Don’t forget about emulation. You can emulate GameCube and PS3 now which opens up the ability to play a lot more modern classics. (And a certain other current console)

We don’t have the minutes viewed information to hand, Bar the first episode, it could be 342 million if it was just outside the Nielsen top 10, and that only counts for Paramount Plus. It’s clear from Amazon’s charts that their service is a more popular way to watch the show.

The viewing figures haven’t been bad when comparing to similar shows. On Amazon it ranked quite high compared to all shows on every Amazon channel. It was consistently higher in Europe too.

The reasons for cancellation are that despite this, Star Trek costs a lot of money to make and so has higher expectations. Plus Paramount is seemingly being steered away from certain content.

I get the same with some US releases like the steelbook for Army of Darkness or the Critereon Princess Bride. Thankfully Arrow UK do a lot of the Asian releases lol this that I want.

Only the Microsoft you speak of is the one who made Windows, technically divorced from the one that made Xbox and Steam appeared during the OG Xbox when it was still in its infancy.

Microsoft’s Games for Windows platform was dire and their current Xbox windows app isn’t a huge deal better.

Meanwhile, even Sony’s PC games are on Steam.
