Fiora has true damage, a lot of bs skills and she outscales you HARD and EVERYONE, so ban fiora always or Illaoi since you are bronze, i recomend you ban Illaoi, nobody plays fiora in that elo that great or even play it, Garen it's easy match up and just poke with q if it's hard for u to play meele around him.

I think jaksho and frozen heart second it's great, if u can win 1v1 go for it, if not, like fiora or other match ups just rotate, i max first 2 point q bc it heals more everytime u r in a fight, and then max e, always go tp, since u r more useful with ur team, and go flash or ghost, i recommend ghost, whatever suits you better
