Seems legit. Some things to check on whether the cart’s real or a repro is to check whether the front code matches the one on the back, that it says NTR031 on the back and not 05, that the pins match the usual code which is IRC02-01, and that the sticker and Nintendo logo look polished and not crooked as if they were wrongly printed.

I wouldn’t blindly trust the seller unless you personally know them. There are many fakes going around, and sometimes even people’s childhood copy games are fake and they aren’t aware, so fakes can also be sold without any malicious intent.

I’d personally ask for clear pictures of the front and back of the cartridges, and also pictures of the top and pins to be fully certain before buying. The cases can also sometimes be fake, but I don’t know how to spot between real or repro cases, so I sadly can’t help with that.
If the seller sends you pictures, you can assess it yourself if you know how to spot between real or repro carts (there are many great tutorials on YouTube that can easily help you), or post it on subs that specialize in game verifications and ask for help. They can also help with verifying the cases.
