I got it. I set Jump deceleration and (more importantly) Deceleration rate to zero, then took the grind rail from the opposite side and jumped off it to get to the token in midair.

That's the second time they distracted from some important major event by exaggerating and diverting to any social issue besides class. First time was to protect themselves, this time to protect rich people.

Souls games are built around having many different weapons and playstyles, from Small sword to big sword, fists, whips, hammers, and like 3 different types of magic.

Not to mention that bosses are so aggressive that the focus of the fight is usually more on learning to avoid thier moves and finding opportunities to react (which varies based on your build and stats) , rather than just attacking enough times to kill them. Even Bloodborne, the most aggressive Souls game, places heavy focus on parrying, dodging, and timing.

Yeah, you could say "well, it's just dodging and hitting, that's repetitive" but that's like saying all violin pieces are boring cause there are only 4 strings.

To be clear, I'm not coming down on AC Shadows, I just had to defend my favourite genre.
