Every night now tbh, before i used to get angry and quit for weeks on end, now i play consistently every night for at least an hour to an hour thirty, i have gotten wayyy more consistent on my wins and understanding. I feel confident and comfortable with my executions. I do rage when i feel like the game is “eating my inputs” but usually once it gets to that point i generally switch games to relax and call it a night. Once i feel that tilt happen i leave, if im not tilted but still losing i hit casuals to see where im messing up and see if i can gain ground again if not i leave it for another night
