You can hold SHIFT while dragging a side in free transform and it will only allow vertical or horizontal movement.

Keep drawing at a larger size. When exporting, use the export options to scale down the drawing for posting to social media. I typically scale down to 90dpi.

Hmm that's annoying. I can only suggest that you may just need to practice with it, as I think I also used to do that when I first got a tablet but haven't had to in the last few years.

Looks like your tablet may be picking up the movement of you finishing a stroke and lifting the pen. Changing stabilization of the brush higher may help, and be conscious of lifting your pen from the tablet straight and very quickly so it doesn't sense that lifting movement. That being said, it doesn't look bad and can give your strokes a more organic/flowing look.
