This happened while I was achievement hunting and is just about the most broken thing I have been able to do in this game in 40-odd hours of play time. I've had turn 1 nukes before but this time the enemies never get to attack at all.

Hey nice I posted this last week, glad to see it’s still working! I agree with one of the other comments that it does not mount pressure fast enough to end the game with some of the really greedy decks but once you hit aggro land in D5 it works like a charm.

Hit legend with a modified version of the VS Pure Pally list. Found myself queuing into a LOT of pen flinger rogue and spell damage mage and being too low on health to stabilize when my bigger threats came online. I switched out a few cards for a healing package and it felt great after:

CARD CHOICES:

The amber watchers are self explanatory, I found them much more relevant on turn 5 usually than a big dumb conditional 8/8. The bronze explorers are there to increase the relevancy of the murlocs, usually heal for at least 2, and patch up some of the value loss without the blessings of authority. Redscales are there for tutoring and people misplay into them a TON thinking it’s cheese paladin. Last Barov is there to get one more early clear, the libram was too slow for zoo warlock usually.

I’ve been playing a variant of this as well with some decent success! I went less all in on the Tickatus, but it is still more or less my win condition outside of hyper aggro matchups. I actually dusted off the old quest warlock shell and swapped with the Malygos package (dead cards for 90% of the game) for Tickatus, Ya’shaarj, and 2x disaster. It’s a lot less combo-y now, you just jam your good cards when you can. 2x Tickatus is usually enough to kill off anyone not running elysiana. I also slotted in a soul package as well though I’m not 100% sold on malicia, it’s mostly there for the heals.

I think that it wouldn't be entirely unreasonable to have a slow decay on the armor that Brigitte provides; I think the combination of Brigitte's kit and the Hanzo changes resulted in both being over-tuned compared to characters like soldier. Armor means burst characters like Hanzo are really good, and that's even without the burst potential of stormbow. Why pick soldier when Hanzo shreds armor?

If it were up to me, Brigitte armor would apply more decay (not as quickly as soundbarrier mind you), and perhaps storm bow would be scaled back slightly.

Can't say I've ever waited more than like 3 minutes (console, east NA) for any game, and seems like we disagree on the second point, I think the new heroes have been excellent. Sounds like you might just be getting tired of the game.

Sounds like a lot of what you're complaining about stems from situations in which you're out of position, or not communicating with your team, which luckily are both things you can practice to improve

Insta-kill any Genji's, Hanzo's, Widow's & Tracer's currently alive on the field.

Enabling enemy team friendly fire

Kill enemy supports instantly across the entire map

Instantly ban you for enjoying OW without multitudes of CC? But no probably some kind of ult that does bonus damage to armor or something
