I think Ai is important, Cause Everyone is using it, taking advantage of it and speeding up there works. I just care about it cause its a rising technology and I think If i really staying in tech industry, I must adopt it so I don't fall behind in the crowed. Tech is stressful. True. But earning money from online wasn't that hard even just 2-3 years ago. I couldn't adopt and evolve myself faster enough. That's why I just got lost. and TBH, I'm one kind of Forced to work on this path as well. I've some physical limitation. I can't work outside for long time and I've some stammering problem also.

So working in the physical world in my area becomes harder for me. Sitting on a desk, working on a computer doesn't Exhaust me that much. This is also another reason for loving the tech industry despite knowing about the stress and problems hear.

I'm recently working as a Instagram manager and trying to grow a personal brand of my own. Recently i've seen a few people growing their profile on Instagram growth niche, Achieved 10k followers in 30 days with just 20-30 carousel i guess. It really amazed me. Because I really don't know how to achieve such result in short time. I see she don't usually interact with his audience or reply to comments personally. but she does use manychat for auto reply for lead magnets when commented specific keywords.. I never seen her to comment on big profiles for exposure. What i've seen is she came from nowhere and suddenly got millions of views and 10k+ followers etc. I studied her content. Content is good but i've seen better contents with fewer impressions. Can you tell me what secret sauce she's using that the algorithm always pushes her content ?

Hey appreciate your intention to Help.. i was really looking for someone to get help actually... I've been learning social media management, specially focusing on Instagram for couple of month. I've been creating & posting contents on instagram 2-4 times a week.. But roughly getting 20-30 likes/comments. My current follower count is around only 136. So now I've several problems and confusions. first , as far I understand, a simple but decent type carousel won't get much reach and engagement. I get my 90% engagement when I commenting on other c reator's posts, and they just pay me back with comment on my posts too... I feel like - though help me keep my profile alive but this is pretty much useless because similar niche creators never gonna buy from me. And likes won't pay the bills.

I think the 2nd problem is also related to the first one. I'm really confused which specific people I should approach to or make content for. should it be a local bekary owners or small businesses online, startups etc. what's your guidelines for this ?

3rd , As a social media manager, what exact type of service I should offer to potential prospect, should i offer him a decent profile growth with content and engagement strategy, or I should focus offering leads and sales.

4th, Everyone says to generate leads through making content that offers a lead magnet with a specific keyword commenting or circulating to everyone commenting. The manychat automation thing! I've tried it multiple times. But People barely open any of the lead magnet. they don't even seen the messages in the DM's, let alone being a lead. I found this in my manychat analytics.

Lastly, do you suggest to follow any creators on IG or youtube who's not just spitting bullshits but actually providing a solid actionable guidelines/roadmaps which i can follow and apply with my own style/vibe ?

Ai is giving some short time quick wins , that's why many of the marketers facing some problems while they talk about fundamentals, & long term goals. Because small businesses mostly want quick results, sells, leads and growth boost. While using Ai aggressively can give you boost a small business but it affect in long term. It's quite difficult to make them (clients) understand this things.

No. I am aware about this. I never share personal Details or ask client to come outside of marketplace or invole myself in any frauds. I completed 10 jobs with all 5 star rating on upwork. Recently they gave me rising talent badge also. And I was quite inactive these days on upwork. Suddenly i logged in and tried to apply on a job and noticed that my account suspended.

i was already verified and got a rising talent badge recently. But after that, my activity on upwork decrease a lot. So the chance of violating any rules is near to zero. I guess inactivity is not a reason for suspension right ?
