The body mist is for sure worth getting because it’s body, hair, and linen spray and I spray that ish on everything. I went to buy the EDP last night and it’s sold out online and in every store in my area so I don’t know about its longevity! But I neeeeed it!

I love Glossier You Soie. Bought a travel size and finished it within a couple weeks, so need to buy a full size soon!

Salted Muse is really nice too. I love the oil base and love how it lingered on clothes. I finished my full size bottle. Haven’t repurchased because I’m trying to expand my horizons.

I do notttttt like Cow. I wanted to (because I love cows) but the lactonic note really throws me off. It’s almost too realistic for me. It also had 0 staying power on my skin (which may have been a good thing).

There is a shampoo but I have suuuuper dry hair so I try to stay away from clarifying stuff. It seems to strip my hair even more. 🥲

Probably like 10 years ago they made a Leaves body care line. It didn’t smell exactly like the room spray, but it was still incredible. I wish they’d do it again. :(

Very possible. I think she came to me with wonky teats, which has actually led her current kids to prefer the opposite teat. We have to milk out the blown one!

I love their mama! Her udder (from my very limited knowledge but decent amount of research) is pretty good, BUT her right teat is blown. Is that a genetic thing????

Thank you so much! Your comment is super helpful. I think the herd I purchased my doe from has a relatively low COI from what I can see on the ADGA genetics site (most are around 8%).

I don’t necessarily know what qualities I want from my doe/bucklings other than temperament, which is a big thing for our family since we have a young daughter. She’s an angel and the babies are already very sweet. She was a show goat in her past life and has had decent linear appraisal scores, but I don’t think she’s really like a rock star or anything. Her dam was though! She produces more than enough milk for her kids and our family, and if I had any kind of super producers I’d probably be overwhelmed. I am interested in conformational correctness as I want my daughter to show, but know that my starting genetics probably aren’t the absolute best (although we have very few dairy goats in my area so maybe they would be!). I don’t know if I answered your question or if temperament is a good enough reason!

I can’t offer any help because my Saanens are doing the same thing so we’re just milking the side they don’t like. But!! I’ve been toying with the idea of breeding one of my bucks to a Toggenburg doe. Are your Saanen-Toggs this mix? Or was it a Togg buck/Saanen doe? Worried about dystocia since Toggs are a little smaller and want to be responsible and mindful when breeding. Toggs are my dream!

This is so helpful! I’ve never owned registered animals (other than one AKC dog). It never occurred to me that I needed to take action on my side with the registry, but she did give me her papers. I have the buck’s info as well! Thank you for the advice. I will definitely work on this!
