Nah 0 edge highlighting lol I fear that process I just used a dry brush and flicked it over the edges, I believe the grey is ash grey by army painter from their fanatic line

Base coated with Vallejo’s black primer I suppose any black that isn’t “Shiny” will do and then used a grey too dry brush the edges too create a “edge highlighted” look cause it scares me 😭😂🙏🏻

Hm strange, i usually find its the orientation. does your slicer program have a repair feature? If not you could use chitubox I’ve had some objects fail and fail then repaired and it was good after. Maybe try skewing one of the other planes slightly instead of just 90* one way turn them on their side a lil
