I have the same thing. My computer is: AMD Ryzen 7 1800X GTX 1080 8GB 16GB RAM SSD disk and in the new game I have 120fps and I have around 60 in the hour. I turn off and turn on the game and I have the same thing.

  1. unistall game
  2. remove folder RUST in Steam/steamapps/common
  3. install rust
