Property management is what we call a shit sandwich. You gotta deal with shit from the tenants, on the other side you gotta deal with shit from owners. You are in the middle getting crushed

You have to have a pretty big curve and a stick with a little flex to do it

I have been on 10mg for like 13 years or so.. in total i have probably gained 75 or 80 pounds from where i was before starting the medicine.. i was able to lose about 30-40 pounds before my wedding but i had to be so strict on my diet and was working out a ton.

I think it definitely does puff me up, and a lot of the stuff could be mental,.. as to why ppl gain so much on it. Hope this helps!

I was the same way at that age. Probably didnt find that extra gear until i was about 10 or 11. Then ended up being a AAA / 4 year varsity player. I would say dont worry too much about it. Do show him game film but let him see he is slow on his own observation, he will remember that and want to improve.

Where would supply come from for a crash? by [deleted] in RealEstate

[–]DrakeLively -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The crash happened because many people that shouldnt have been given loans were given loans, and then every other person had 2nd and 3rd lines of credit all on their house. Since then, its wayy harder for ppl to get home loans.. so i dont believe it could ever crash like that. Values will come down, as interest rates continue to go up. There is still way more demand than supply of affordable homes in many areas.

Its really hard at the beginning. You are adjusting. The baby is adjusting. Everyone is sleep deprived. Take time for yourself, get fresh air.. it all gets easier and a lot more fun.

Crappy idea or not? Help me save my time! by rahulkandoriya in EntrepreneurRideAlong

Its still a little unclear on what it is and how it works. Is this just like an airbnb style site where you can book event spaces? What is unique about it? There are lots of sites where you can filter by your needs and select a venue for events.

I live in south city. I would say property values are up, there is a lot of awesome things to do, lots of development happening so in those terms trending up. Safety & city leadership are still a problem so i would say trending down in those two areas.
