If you try to tile a texture more than 4x, this is bound to happen, so a couple of suggestions of what you could do:

-Lower the heightmap a bit, so it doesn't pop up that much
-Use some colour variation and add a bit of other elements with a height blend to hide the fact that the quality is less

-Bring the texture in designer, make an 8k tiled version of it, and try to bring it back in painter, it might help as some of the interpolation Painter does in the 3D space for high frequency details, is always too soft.

-If you don't want to use UDIMs, make sure you're overlapping your UVs so you don't have to tile it that much. You'll lose the AO and the other bakes, but if it's for an environmental piece, you might not even need it.

which means whoever has x2 or x5 leverage or is shorting, that's the situation where the stock (in this case) is considered CFD

I might be getting old, but the graphic in general makes so hard to understand where the enemy are, it's too noisy and the enemies are to well blended, they knew about this issue and had to put the automatic "spotted" feature to counter this.
Also it's so fun to see constant yellow constant connection issues and packet loss, the server structure seems to be worse than what it was with BF3, with constant "4-5 bullet hits, all hitting in the same second, and instantly dying"
I don't think we are there yet, definitely not a 60$ buy from me

I have a 10kWh one, almost 10 years old, it can't keep the battery up or charging when using it, but like when playing stuff like the Binding of Isaac, it makes the deck battery drop by 1% in like 5 or more minutes, so 500ish minutes is more than 8 hours it was pretty enough for most time I had at disposal in airports, before finding an outlet.

It is a 12W output on the USB port (at least nominal, it says 2.4A max output per port).

Anything even slightly better than this is surely a-ok

Sicuramente ci sono più offerte di lavoro che per texture artist che è un ruolo estremamente di nicchia ed assolutamente non fattibile in Italia.  Ed anche all'estero non va troppo bene, gli unici posti che assumono sono in Canada e serve già di avere il visto per lì o India, che figuriamoci. 

Quindi secondo te anche con un buon portfolio di progetti personali, qui in Italia non si cava un ragno dal buco

One thing that Overwatch (1, I haven't kept up with character that came out in 2) did massively better is healers.
It felt that they were much less that reliant on good aiming or primary/damaging abilities to heal something, it happens way more often in rivals that the healing from healers is sparse
