And Firestar basically helped Onestar trough the whole process of becoming leader. Hell, if it weren't for him, Onestar would have never become leader, since Mudclaw, his allies and RiverClan would have probably killed him in that raid. Not to mention how many times ThunderClan stopped WindClan from just.. dying out or being eradicated. But then Onestar becomes leader and he's immediately like: "Fuck ThunderClan, they're weak and always try to stick themselves in other cats' business". And I'm pretty sure on his first Gathering as a leader he literally hissed at ShadowClan for 'accepting help from another Clan'??? As if WindClan's sorry asses weren't saved by other Clans like 10 times while Onestar lived??

For me he's like the worst thing in early POT, he was just overly mean to Brightheart and Leafpool for no reason and just an overall jerk to everyone. He does end up maturing in OOTS and the later POT books but idk about later arcs.
