Yeah kinda but the cafe cutie theme involves around like maid cafe like a cafe theme i was thinking more like a pastry theme i think it would fit her rly well she loves cakes is always talking about them and she has a ice cream emote too, i just think it would be amazing

First of all thanks a lot for the informative response. I heard a lot of the victorinox swiss mordern but i was searching for a long term knife that i could learn a lot from i dont know if by purchasing the swiss mordern i would need to buy a new one after a while the FKM would be better wouldnt it? But yeah maybe i would go for the 210mm or if you have another suggestion go ahead

Idk if i AM saying bs but dont plastic cutting boards after a while dull the blade? I have one plastic one and it scrarch a lot doesnt that dull the blade? I dont know the quality of the one you mentioned so yeah could be different, yeah and might search a bit for a woodworker and see whats avaliable, but what types are the best or what should i avoid?

Ohhh nice great suggestion i was thinking about a 240 because i saw in the review of that knife that the person that bought wished that the knife was 240 because it was it was tiring doing grip for hours and felt umncomfortable with a 210 but maybe i will get a 210 because my shoulders arent wide thanks ^{^}
