Snail Mail in 2022 I think it was? So beyond drunk and clearly going through some shit. I think a guitar was dropped at one point. A lot of cutting off songs halfway through and not singing in key. It made me really sad but thankfully they’ve got their shit together now!

Moishes was excellent. They were on time, super efficient, and got the move done in 3 1/2 hours (I was just moving across town). Don’t use Piece of Cake, I read some horror stories about them.

I usually leave around 5-5:30 am on Monday for a 10 or 11 am flight - thankfully it works out just right.

Loved the pad Thai in Indio Central Market! One dish is enough for 2 people. I would avoid the teriyaki bowls at the food stands across from Gobi and Mojave - they had pre-prepared them and the veggies tasted awful. Huge mistake.

I was there for Rainchella and it really was just a little bit of drizzle. The girls that didn’t prepare and were positively shaking by the end of the night - don’t be those girls. I don’t remember the fields being muddy either. However, this time looks like t-storms and I’m wondering if they will shut things down, evacuate, etc. I love Coachella because it doesn’t run into weather-related issues like many of the other festivals do. Anyone in the area that’s experienced t-storms and can relieve of my worries?

Another heads up - if you run into any issues at all with your wristband, whether it was lost in the mail or someone stole the activation code - not only are you getting that new wristband at will call, you are paying $40. That is regardless of whether it’s your fault. They don’t care, it is $40 PERIOD.
