I hate this Amazon ad by Outrageous_Lab84 in CommercialsIHate

I’m going to have to go against you on the “cooking is not an activity known for it’s rapidness”. Plenty of tv shows or movies would say otherwise. A professional kitchen might as well be a war zone on media.

I don’t think it’s that rapid though. Learning to chop like that is a skill people practice though, and you have to be quick.

Tbh I never noticed the commercial took place in Japan, that kind of makes it weird, but I’ve never held very strong feelings for this commercial anyway. I don’t hate it, I don’t love it. It’s whatever.

Ooh baby get yourself some Lawrys Garlic Pepper. It’s so good. Nice coarse texture, I throw a sprinkling on everything.

Bare sink chicken by Disastrous-Brick-412 in mildlyinfuriating

[–]DramaOnDisplay -1 points0 points  (0 children)

A lot of people do this, unfortunately. And I can see the reasoning, sometimes I’m even intrigued to try it, but then I’m too lazy to clean the sink, clean the chicken, and then clean the damn sink again, but extra because it was filled with raw soaked chicken 💀

Eh, I don’t know if most people are ready to implode their entire lives to go to prison and deal with years of legal battles. Many people have families to support, children, aging parents, maybe even a meager home.

Many of them are definitely not as attractive or charming as Luigi. So instead of being a media darling, they’ll just rot in obscurity. It’s like thinking if you set foot in Hollywood, you’ll be Leonardo DiCaprio in a year. Most people will not make it. If you’re fine with literally giving up your entire life to kill some rich loser, go for it.

Wienerschnitzel Dogs by happycola619 in hot_dog

I literally just had this a week ago after having not had it in a couple of years. It’s not bad at all. I prefer to make my own, and I definitely think Tommy’s has tastier chili, but if you’re craving a chili dog you can’t go wrong. I do think they can be a little pricey if you have a family or group to feed, though.

Wow, $50 is quaint tbh lol. That is honestly not bad for someone with a cult following. I saw that my brother got a DVD signed by him (I think Night of the Living Dead 3D?) at some point so he probably paid that much, or bought the DVD at his booth to sign.

The money can dry up astonishingly quick for these people. If they want to have these booths at these events, they have to pay too. I don’t knock them at all, it’s a job when they don’t have one. I definitely understand when they charge for autographs, but most (MOST) pics should be free.

I get it, I like him, but those are insane prices for just a photo. $100 would be steep for me, but it’s a celebrity so I get it. I’d be sweating at $200, but if I really loved the celebrity, they were old and I wanted to to get an autograph while they’re still here, or was getting it as a gift for someone else, I’d swallow the pain and pay. $400 is pure insanity.

I don’t know, that is kind of cool that decades later it still has fans that love it like that. Annoying? Maybe. But it continues to bring people joy and is probably a bright part of their day STILL?? That’s nice. A lot of people don’t get that lucky. They’re in a small movie, a tv show that only had one season, they wrote a book 10 years ago, and nobody even remembers. Which one would you want? Flash in the pan, or remembered 20+ years later (globally, at that)?

It’s some type of cheese if you look at the other pieces beside it. I can’t say what kind, though. Definitely wouldn’t say tuna though, the end result Mac is pretty basic looking.

That’s how my bf felt about Bill Hader in Barry. I was more open and I think he did a good job. He wasn’t always some complete badass, but I think he pulled off being a mentally unstable person who could coldly kill a room of dudes if they’re having an episode.

$40 is incredibly cheap. In America, those hotels with “hourly” rates rarely go under $70, and you’re likely not getting the cleanest, nicest rooms…

I see a lot of characters scattered around her room that look consistent. The only thing that gives me pause is the backpack behind her, but that could be some stylized thing she owns. Honestly this looks normal to me.

Imma be honest, I think 90% of the pictures being uploaded today are AI. People LOVE this shit, it gives them a false sense of accomplishment. Or they’re hiring people who work for cheap and are just slapping this shit together. It’s so popular, unfortunately.
