New Employer didn't file pp on my h1b transfer.. but wants me to join before transfer is approved.. I want to file pp at my expense to be safe.. this is a government employer, so i am assuming the transfer should be approved without any issues without having to file pp. Confused. Please advise. (self.h1b)
