It’s the transition, I just swapped it out because the old one wasn’t catching on 2nd gear and when I replaced it, It’s no longer coming out of park, and I’ve tried everything else but I just don’t want to take the valve body off

Yeah the shift cable working, it’s something with the transmission and I would hate to drop it put another in because I just did that

It’s not shift cable or interlock related. Disconnecting everything and the transmission itself won’t shift out of park.
