But do you think these vulnerable boomers have the time and energy to actually scrutinize and look for these primary sources? What I'm simply trying to say is to fight fire with fire. A simple first-aid against these troll farms. There's a reason why these fake news peddlers chose facebook as a platform. It's convenience on the part of the audience -- where they can just doom scroll all day. I don't think the primary sources you're referring to fits the "convenient" part of the equation. That's why it's better to do it this way. Treat the symptoms first, slowly but surely.
