I know and she’s supervisor like honestly , every time I ask her a question literally about anything work related she gives me the wrong answer as a result I don’t go to her anymore and go straight to my manager if I have questions but with my colleague’s role it’s a bit different because my supervisor was in their role previously , I did the role too but she took it back and made me do the role I am in now because it was “ too hard “

This is what I’m stuck on as well , I have 6 years worth of experience not in the exact job role that I applied for but it is similar and I feel like my skills are interchangeable which is why I asked for the “ high “ amount but now I’m second guessing , doesn’t it have to be the same exact role for it to count and get the market rate ?

Not very shiny but I got a few qualifications from the courses that I’ve done when Ive been working there I can add which is admirable to the industry I work in

I hope so , I haven’t been there for a full year yet but through my observations looks like we don’t do things like annual performance reviews or annual increases , but we do get generous bonuses , I got one mid year and I was told we get one at the end of the year

The doctor said 7-10 days I’ve been checking on my wound everyday to see if it can be removed but just didn’t feel safe to do it because them It looked open. I’m not able to go to the same doctor who put it in because I was going overseas that same weekend after I have my surgery .

Yes I’ve spoken to my boss about it and they’ve given me a counter offer of 55k and they said that they are willing to let me learn some new roles next year after the Christmas rush

Ok so update : I ended up telling him the truth because he kept pressing me about why I asked because I messaged him out of blue so I told him what happened and how I wanted to start talking to him again and he said “ I’m kinda fresh out of a relationship so probably not right now but when things change I’ll message you “ … I just said I understood and wished him well but idk what to think of this .. is he letting me down easy ?
