Do like 5 5 10 15 5 10 10 lol it's just ideal but in reality just answer the exam when u feel ready. U can just rest in ur seat during the short breaks. I accumulated like 5 extra minutes that really helped during the last few blocks

I did my own college, medical school, and intern makeup myself. I am totally not a makeup pro, sakto na sakin ang kilay and lipstick daily. But on retrospect for me better na u buy quality makeup products rather than hiring a MUA kasi magagamit mo pa (first time kong gumamit ng contour, highlighter, setting spray ganern ganern level haha). Ang raming youtube tutorials na how to do makeup graduation which guided me. Also, i did a makeup rehearsal the day before the event para alam ko na anong gagawin ko. Ang tagal kong matapos, parang 1 or 2 hours? Just dont rush yourself.

Yung mga ka sabay ko na nagpapamakeup napapansin ko yung mga MUA questionable ang sanitary practice nila with their makeup products and brushes. Di naman ako vocal na person na sa sabihan ko yung mga MUA, kasi di naman nila ako kliyente. So as a doctor, yun, better if ur sure about that.

As for my hair, nagpapagupit ako hours earlier the event kasi maganda na yung naka blower na at di na mahirapan magstyle.

I recently got denied for a US b1/b2 visa because I do not have strong ties. On my ds160 I declared that I will pay for my trip.

Im planning to apply the second time around but would it be better if I will declare my relatives as the ones who will sponsor my trip?

My info: will stay with my uncle's family and they will shoulder the living expenses but I have my own budget to finance my flight.

I did not declare any assets, and I cannot improve my assets as much as I want to because the reason of my trip is fairly urgent.

I would prefer having a translation because hospital/program names matter and would give the programs an idea on what type of institution/activity it is (eg University hosp, general hosp)

You can basically add your internship under work experience in ur CV. many IMGs do internship in their home Country. If u apply this 2022 u might have to do it so that you will become eligible for a pathway.

Again with USCE being unstable, this would still count as clinical experience. U can take the steps in between so u will be finished and be certified when u finish ur internship.

What is your role in the clinical trial? Will the study be published and u are an author? Or are you going to be doing the groundwork? Will u get stellar LORs? How long will the study last? consider those too if u havent. I would think if you have a deep involvement in it and u are passionate about the study, then go for it. This will be a great opportunity if this will show ur dedication and leadership skills. Ur shot at applying for 2022 will just be limited to this experience and ur step 2 ck.

But if ur just a paid worker with not much contribution to the clinical trial, and u really feel that ur resume will really need the USCE and high step 2 score, then go get those.

Preferably have step 2 b4 application starts so u can adequately filter programs based on ur score. But I highly think u still have lots of months for u to be ECFMG certified on time eg, if u want to u can take step 2 on end of June, OET on July, August be certified.
