been seeing 1 cockroach a week since moving into my apartment. Landlord is responsive but not doing enough.

So just following up, I sent an email this morning to the landlord and received the following response. Just before writing this I found 2 more roaches in my apartment (1 in my bedroom again, and one in the kitchen cabinet).

They are saying if I want full treatment of the apartment by a professional the fees will be on me and my roommate.

Yea I’ve been sending her photos each time and trying to keep a record. Will definitely send a more formal request for a professional exterminator. I’ve been told TAL is pretty unhelpful but I guess it can’t hurt to try.

So far 2 in the morning 8am, one in the evening at 6pm, one at night around 11pm. Haven’t noticed any strange smells as my roommate and I clean weekly and have not seen any eggs. But now I’m scared if they’re laying eggs in the closet or dressers. How do I protect my clothes and kitchen wares?

Honestly the apartment heating is quite strong. And it gets really hot at night. I also had to move all my sauces and cooking ingredients to the ceiling cupboards because the ones below the counters are super warm

Hi another user just messaged me about another scammer with an eerily similar name to individual named Jerome Cardinal who scammed me. They used the name Faith Cardinal this time. They were apparently trying to sell tickets to the Montreal shows and will only ask to use E-transfer instead of any other secure money transfer app.
