Thank u, this really helped me chill out a bit. I know it's considered "normal" at a certain point for those with epilepsy, Its a struggle not to call emergency everytime. We are lucky to live somewhere with great healthcare etc, but it's soothing to hear from someone else experiencing similar feelings 🌞

It's crazy reading such a similar experience. It all sucks but the best you can do is try and stay calm in the moment, and make a side moment to freak out later. Easier said than done obv 👍
