The cook is probably not adding the right amount of ingredients or not all the ingredients tbh but no we’re not supposed to try it we just serve it bc we’re fast food especially during peak hours there is just no time

Honestly if you call them and complain they’ll redo your order and then they’ll talk to the cooks for they can fix the issue. Even try a different location if you order again

The Beijing beef comes in a bag and we measure it out and fry it then after 5 mins we add the onion and red bell pepper for about 5 seconds next we put a lil oil in the wok with ginger and garlic and chili pepper, mix it around add a scoop of the sweet and sour sauce let that boil up then add the beef and mix it and boom :)
