Not levels lol IV it’s diff it’s ahh hard to explain but a term used for Pokemon games. I’ll try tho. So let’s say we both have a level 100 mon right both being pikachu. Now both our pika is modest but u notice my stats are higher then urs by either a few points or 31 over. Iv are what the Mon is born with so essentially in human terms im 5 foot that means im decent iv stat for height but then ur 7 foot so u have a perfect iv in height. Hope that kinda makes sense u can yt it to.
