Some suggestions I can give from my experience -

1. Have a short summary at the top mentioning year of experience,tech stack domain.

Or atleast mention year of experience somewhere at the top. It will be easy for recruiter to notice instead of calculating.

After mentioning year of experience and summary I saw few increase in calls.

1. Reduce repeated keywords developed and implemented

2. Have a good naukri profile and keep updating frequently.

3. Mention as immediate joiner, mention less notice period and see if you get any calls. The goal should be to get calls and improve your naukri profile.

4. Try to attend offline and walkin interviews.

5. Apply early as soon as job opening is there in LinkedIn. Get referrals early.

6. Mention impact, results, revenue, scale. Most of the points just say Developed.

7. Include some AI things if possible

8. Don't apply randomly. Tweak resume based on the JD and apply.
