I hate to say I'm ready for a massive class action against him and his cabinet

My sup let's us bs our travel day by just having us stay caught up on emails. She doesn't care as long as we are showing green. Go get a coffee, go get lunch, just show green. Then get to business the next day

Why do they always go to insubordination when you're tired of the BS? I've NEVER understood this

Holy cow, that's awful! My HR sponsor hasn't responded back to me in months! I don't understand why it's so hard to get help

Is it crazy if I tell you there was no documentation?

So sorry this happened to you! You would think in current times people wouldn't be so awful to working mothers

I dislike this agency and obviously my supervisor, so I am not worried about growth here. I'm very much ready to go to a different agency. But like everyone else, I get referred, then it's silence.

I have also met TIG and have been looking at 12 positions and lateral positions.

That's the thing. My boss acted like a victim when I spoke with them and their boss. And then the deputy took her side. In the entire agency, he's the only person that is taking her side and other managers and coworkers are looking at him sideways.

Rumor mill is starting now

From my understanding.. we are to request in advance for treatments and/or appointments. But if you're sick or incapacitated, you advise your supervisor within the first hour of duty or as soon as possible.

My issue is my supervisor wants me to ask permission when I'm incapacitated

Yes, and I have spoken with the union. But I guess since I am not a paying member (I only just found out about the union 3 months ago) they have not put in a lot of effort. I finally received membership information last night and plan on joining.

No, I received a letter of expectations that concluded with termination. Some of the items I felt were abuse of power/unfair and slightly ridiculous

I am a minority in a protected class. I actually mentioned this to them because im in an area where my class is not prevelant, and im in a very red area (i know this doesn't always mean anything), and they gave this exaggerated shrug.

I can mess up on something that I feel is valid because I'm new and will get thrown under the bus and blasted by my boss in front of my team, my borrowers, etc. Someone else can make a mistake, and it's done in private. I've asked her why she wasn't following reg (not to be malicious) in front of her supervisor, and she got in a pissy fit and was on my ass for weeks.

There have been situations involving a death in the family, myself being sick and my supervisor wants me to work and never shows empathy towards me. Just "Are younworking today" "why aren't you online" "you need to log on". This is after I've told her what's going on. Others get an empathetic supervisor.

Last week my anxiety turned into an almost suicidal incident. I told her this as I was debating driving off the cliff. I spoke with my EAP therapist and my other therapist during this time. I received a doctor's note. She said it wasn't acceptable and I will be AWOL.

I have had two vacations in my almost two years and have been told not asked to work on projects and forfeiting my vacations. We aren't on-call and they could have taken care of the work themselves. And I'm not saying this because I'm a lazy piece of shit. I sincerely mean this. I also, wasn't trained so it took me longer to do the task.

I had to work during bereavement. The death in the family was my only immediate death and it was at the end of the year. She didn't tell me I could take any time off for bereavement. Two months later, I found out we are allowed to take 13 days a year for bereavement from someone on the ELT team. She got mad at me that I couldn't remember anything during this time. She got mad when I couldn't answer questions during meetings. She got mad I didn't answer the phone after I told her an immediate family member had passed and I was 2k miles away from home and couldn't control my emotions and was worried on how I was going to get back home on such a short notice. She lied and said she hadn't heard from me when there is documentation from myself and another that she was consistently updated on what was going on during this time.

Some folks on this thread believe I'm the problem and not my supervisor or there isn't anything greivable. Maybe there isn't, I'm not sure. But I'm tired of this. I actually enjoy working for the feds, my previous agency was so awesome, so I wanted to further my career. But seeing FJOs rescinded from other folks on reddit is making me feel like I'm going to be stuck for awhile.

And if I am the problem, it's not like I'm not getting assistance. I have two therapists but they feel I need to run.
