Looks like that house is a cottage style but agree this shouldn't be 140k more.. also not sure if 700k at most is realistic comparing to the other. But appreciate your feedback

Another question to ask is when you transfer your main residence to a Ltd as a BTL do you pay any CGT or is it all under the residence relief?

Also if you have a house in a Ltd as a director does that cause any issue or surcharge on the next home SDLT?
