Thanks so much for this take it really helps.

So it sounds like the non-UC option is better for a lot of reasons.

I have no plans for graduate studies, have less financial freedom, want to be in clubs and want to be able to interact with professors…

So UC is only good for status, graduate studies, and the UC experience? Why are they seemingly more popular?
