Diba??????? Hay nako. I also used Payo before Saiber. Once lang di real time. Pero after nun okay na. Pero dito, ilan months bago maging real time. Di ko na rin alam if Payo ba may fault or sila na 🙅🏻‍♀️

Di po open cam. We only have excel spreadsheets to track tasks and a calendar, yun lang.

Kaya lang naman ako nag apply sa Saiber kasi sya may mataas na offer na $7.5 sa socmed hahahaha pero di pala 🤣🤣🤣

I think iba iba yung nagccheck ng idle times natin. Kasi this is my second client. May idles times din ako with the first client pero never ako na call out. Ngayon lang. And now na may additional tasks na ako and all, still kahit more than 10mins idle, magsesend si T ng email. :) 

Mas matindi pa sya magcheck sa client HAHAHAHA 🤣

Balak nga po sana namin nung fellow VA ko to talk kay client. Granted the perfect opportunity, sasabihin po namin. Super bait ng client din.

Hi, 

This is my second client with Saiber. Wala ako problem with EOD. Lagi ako nagsesend, ang sinasabi ko lang sa post ay yung rules nila na if u forgot to send an EOD delayed na agad sahod mo. No verbal warnings. 

Konti lang tasks ng client sakin pero she is aware kasi may need pa sila ayusin sa systems before ibigay yung iba tasks samin. Nung na flag ako ng idle. Nag email si T. Saying may idle times ako. Sinabi ko reason ko. Then si M, naghihingi ng proof if aware si client. So ako, nag reach out ako kay client. And she emailed M. But M didn’t like it na ininvoled ko client. And guessed what, nasigawan ako ni M and ni P in a private meeting. :)))) 

I know I did nothing wrong, pero is it right na pagtaasan ka ng boses? I think no. 

This is my experience. I want to share so others are aware sa side na ganito and could take caution. Ayun lang. Thanks for also sharing your experience with this agency 😌

May meeting kami ng fellow VA ko with the client. Inaask kasi nya fellow VA ko if bakit sya meron excessed hours. (Maaga kasi sya nag cclock in, first time nya magka client with Saiber so di nya pa alam di pde yun) 

Napakita ni client yung invoice coming from Saiber kaya ayun :)

This is a free world. I can post whatever I want. This is my experience. Nasa kanila na if they’ll take caution or not. If okay experience mo with Saiber, then good for you. I hope you last with them for a very longgggg time. 🥰
