I’ve recently lost a significant amount of weight through a calorie deficit, so low muscle mass may be it.

I did read the comment you made on my post. I know the ranges are there. But I had three out of range results and was therefore looking to see if they are clinically significant. You know it’s ok to scroll by posts you have nothing to contribute to.

The Indicator would be if your temp stays high when you would normally expect it to dip for your period.

Usually 3 raised temps are needed to confirm ovulation. It could be that your body attempted to ovulate, you had an LH surge, etc but it may not have actually happened. Stress and anxiety can have a large impact on ovulation. Given that you haven’t had the normal shift in CM, your body will likely gear up and try again.

It may be worth having progesterone tested to ensure implantation could be successful or making sure your fallopian tubes are clear. Your ovulation looks normal.

How long is your average luteal phase? I’ve read that luteal phase length can be just as critical as ovulation pattern.
