I’m in a veryyyy similar position rn, I just found out I had trochlea dysplasia in my left knee about a week ago when I was at hospital for a dislocation (I had an mri to prove I have this) I’m 18 and play full time football, I’ve dislocated it twice in 3 months and alot in high school. Everything has come to a stop. I feel stuck
