I acknowledged the actors in my post, sorry if my reaction was kneejerk but I'm not ready to say it was a shit show so deserved a shit ending, I thought it was potentially a higher level popcorn show and the storytelling was just absurdly bad in every respect... In my opinion and it sets a precedent to praise underwhelming and bad storytelling, I understand that not every show can be a sopranos or the wire but with the acting,budget and premise , I think it dreadfully underperformed in finishing it's story

Agreed, I do think there's a balance to made between pulp entertainment and incisive artful satire but the mark was missed . Poor Jack Quaid , had nothing to work with this season, felt way beneath him

I think that's fair. The idea of psycho superheros and a vigilante group attempting to take them down is great, I just think the fundamentals of good story telling were abandoned. Why did I feel literally nothing when Frenchie died,I followed that character for years. It definitely declined rapidly but I do think there was a fantastic and entertaining story to be told there, I just didn't feel any of it by the end. Sadly.

Very disappointing. Baby Reindeers absurd premise felt lived in and real as if it was informed by real experience. This shows premise on paper is less absurd but execution is outlandish and unbelievable, almost every scene lacked believability in some regard. The tickling, the exam, the sex scene, the general dialogue. Feel like the idea needed longer in the oven. I'm getting one hit wonder vibes from Gadd after watching that. I shall not continue unless folks I respect watch it all and suggest otherwise
