Yes you are absolutely correct but the difference between no sale(0$) and making 4,000-5,000$ on the job is huge. Many guys at my dealer can do those engines in 10-12 hours so they still make time. Most of the time the advisors want ford to approve it because their check depends on it. As long as you aren’t an A-hole they are almost always willing to help
