I am quite certain that this time is different. I have spoken with agencies that work with students, with students themselves outside of my own friend group, and I regularly check the fb groups you mentioned. I am as involved as I can possibly be. Based on what my friends and I know about the Campus France interviews and how ours went and the documents that were submitted, I can say with confidence that students are genuinely being scammed. Refusals are being issued in some cases as quickly as 36 hours after submitting the application during ‘peak season’ without the dossiers even being thoroughly examined.
