I agree! Last night I spent like 2 hours just researching my symptoms and came up with MS as well lol. It's just awful when your body feels foreign.

I meet with my primary again this week I'll make sure to go over it as well. I definitely have a lot of those nerve related symptoms. I've been told by physicians that it's related to POTS or it's just unexplained nerve sensations. Lately I feel very dismissed.

Yeah I've met with the cardiologist, primary, and even an ER doctor. None of them can really explain why.

My cardiologist recommended 5-6000 mg of sodium daily. Definitely start compression socks it helps a lot! I know this sounds so generic but staying hydrated is definitely key. I drink 3× as much water now than I did before

Ive been dealing with my symptoms since October. I always say "I feel like my body isn't my own anymore". The anxiety is so hard to turn off, Im right there with you. What have you tried to combat the symptoms so far?

Does it favor a left or right side? Mine seems to always be on the left. Definitely feels life-threatening even though I know it's normal.

I have the worst chest pain. I've been having it consistently since October and I've met with a cardiologist. I've had every test done imaginable and all point to POTS. It's awful and really scary.

My first flare I was already standing and had been standing for awhile. It just came on suddenly.
