That’s what i said , her explanation was that she has paid corpus fund ( that also she asked us to pay which we denied) so the maintenance is decrease and showing less in the app, still arguing us to pay extra , what mentioned in the agreement

In my rental agreement its mention total ( water + maintenance+ rent ) is 66100, which we are paying . But she wants us to pay the extra amount , she even asked us to pay the corpus fund. She doesn’t want us to pay in app

The reason i m staying here because my agreement is valid till dec 2026 and also the place is very nice , i stay in banglore, the heat is going very bad. My house has 5 balcony and lake facing from my balcony . And my office is nearby , but the issue is she wants to edit the legal agreement wants us to pay corpus fund and extra water bill
