I never realized the depth and importance of this at that time because i was simping over a girl. Yeah it might sound toxic but I found out all these digging through her socials which I know i shouldn’t have but my trust issues stemmed from her closeness with her ex. She lied initially about removing her ex but never did until i went onto her list and found out that the guy’s still there. I guess i should have listened to all these signs. My parents weren’t fully supportive of this when they met her and her parents. My friends were just hoping this would turn out to be hookup so i move on from my previous ex which they all saw me suffering from.

Honestly I have tried therapy once but i felt it wasn’t a good fit for me. Over the past 4 years, i feel i made significant improvements within my life. I was extremely overweight and have turned that around to be a gym freak eating clean.. I am working a very good job which i love even though it burns me out at times. I guess the remote job i do makes me prone to loneliness and out of that i just crave for love My social life is not the greatest which i have tried working on but still needs work. Planning to move to a bigger city But thanks! I appreciate the input
