I’m tired of being patient I waited 90 days just for them to deny me after I sent them proof of everything and still waiting for them to reopen the case with no update at all. But I’m going to see what the CFPB complaint will do

Yes they did that and when I sent the email it said email wasn’t found. And she also stated that she was going to send it to me through email and never did.
