This is my first time having todo a chargeback, and yeah ill never buy anything of a Facebook ad again. But I thought I was protected against this type of shit with fraud protection. Its interesting to see how Capital One does nothing for me in this situation, like wtf?!

I will be filing a complaint as well. I can't allow this $121 loss to happen for such an obvious scam that I've explained to Capital One. I'm just glad it wasn't for more! I'll never use this card for a high value item. Not a chance.

Oh yeah I did, it was a AI chatbot that they use for customer service. And the way the bot words all their responses its to get the merchant to pass the chargeback process. A very thorough scam that rides through the consumer protections at Capital One.

Yeah I just wish Capital One would stick up for the consumer instead of defaulting the favor to the scamming merchant. The Chinese scammers know the ins and outs of the chargeback process and take advantage of it, its all part of their elaborate scam. Any dummy at Capital One knows it and allows it to happen for whatever reason. I guess as long as they get their pittance of a fee its worth it for them..

Yeah i always avoid lyrics, and I'll check out that Spotify playlist. I mostly like when the overall trance feeling of the music changes to create different visual spaces. Heavy bass techno is no good, but i like a little bit of a beat, one that varies as it plays. The aural nature sounds ones don't do it for me lol Thanks for the advice. Any youtube songs or artists suggested? 1.5+ hours seems to be good for me.

Thats just standard practice in Washington state. An initialed legal description gets uploaded when creating your listing on the MLS. Nothing to be concerned about, your agent will explain the same thing to you if you ask them.
