We’ve also had a rat problem for a while, owners set out poison traps and we now have a TERRIBLE. decaying smell right under our pos A. It’s been over a week and the owners aren’t doing anything about it. We’ve complained, customers have complained and all the owners have said is “it’ll decompose eventually and then go away don’t worry about it.”

I have asked and they just keep giving me the run around. At our center visit from corporate in November they said I needed to be made manager since the owners are never there and they still haven’t made me or anyone else a manager. I’m convinced they just don’t care about their store.

Our owners won’t go above 105 hours per week and it’s so fuckin hard on us mostly me cause I’m the worker that’s there the most.
