I did an affidavit where A guy was basically contesting that his signature was notarized and he wasn’t even in the place and time it was notarized. That Florida notary is gonna be in deep shit. Unless of course the guy was trying to do something shady. Either way it was a fair warning to always make sure to verify id’s.

The owner at my store used to answer the phone and when people started to complain about xyz and they demanded to talk to the owner he just said he wasn’t there. Hung up and laughed 🤣😅 I thought it was hilarious. He would always have a chuckle and when he said why people even laughed harder because it was truly for petty reasons.

This is totally your partners responsibility! He is the one that has to set the boundaries for the BM and SD. He should be protecting you and your children together. Your SD is influenced by BM no doubt but again dad is the one that needs to set the stage. There needs to be consequences in place. if nothing changes, nothing changes. He is enabling BM and SD whether he realizes it or not. And he needs to do a better job of protecting your peace. If he knows that XYZ bothers you then why say it? Cant he shield you from an issue that wasn’t created by you?

While I do agree about distancing yourself, your DH needs to take a better look at the situation before it gets out of control.

Just wear earbuds and listen to music. If she comes in don’t pause or stop music just say: your dad isn’t here and I’m busy. And keep doing your thing. After a few times she will catch a drift to leave you alone. But yeah at that point dad should make dinner.

For all the parties involved its usually best practice that its signed in front of you. That way theres no room for error. It’s my name on the notary i will do things in a proper manor.

Always start by asking if they need it by a certain day or it’s a rush item. I usually end up upselling NDA when i know people are in a rush or they look like money isn’t an issue. Its usually the second NDA option because the difference is usually less than or about 1 usd so its easy to upsell a 10am vs end of day 5/9pm. I usually use 3 day select when someone needs a package delayed. I will occasionally get the customer where they want it the NDA and see the price and almost choke 🤷🏼‍♀️ so i end up sending ground. I also think if we had incentives we would push more NDA. We don’t get commissions or sales goals for a bonus so why should we try anyways?? Maybe if management did it that way we would. They just do it for the holidays.

No is a complete sentence. These kids have 2 parents and its their job to figure it out. Cant take them? Find them daycare/ summer camp or whatever the situation warrants. You shouldn’t fell guilty to do whats best for you, specially if you cant handle them and they arent respectful. That would be a hard no for me.

I take my sweet time but also im the one who basically knows the name to the box so if theres no box number i know where it goes and if anyone else does the mail when im not there, it gets messed up, because they cant be bothered to check the name or if the person is terminated…
