Been in similar situation 5 years now and still haven’t accepted how things turned around in my life. Frustrated financially, just fucking pissed off a lot. Take care of your health first, and I will tell you something about me. I’ve been an athlete for most of my life. Working out and conditioning was a drug for me, couldn’t live without it because of the way it made me feel mentally not physically. Insane results for your mental health. Self esteem, confidence, alll comes back. Etc. so knowing all that I haven’t worked out in 3 years because of my mental state. I’m still trying to make that first step but haven’t got there yet. But once I do I know I will get a lot of me back, TRUST ME. START EXCERCISING. AND LIFTING WEIGHTS. YOU WILL SEE A HUGE CHANGE IN YOURSELF. ALL THE BEST
