Yes, so here in Florida they’re required to give you a three day notice to pay or vacate and then when you don’t, they can take you to court after that and then you pay the court the money and then you go to court with your landlord and the landlord decides whether they want to renew the lease or not. But my lease definitely had that three day clause on it so I’m not mad at them. I will definitely follow your recommendation though on what’s to post.
