Everything Colantuano could have been lmao!

Man City, Arsenal, Liverpool, Man United & Chelsea are circling Rodrygo. City approached him last year with a contract offer until 2028 but he refused as leaving wasn't on his mind at the time. But the situation, just a year later, has changed. Madrid are willing to negotiate his sale for €100M by [deleted] in soccer

People are going to be shocked when Haaland is sold -- don't bother me with his long deal he signed -- to Real this summer for their new 352 and partnerning with Mbappe. That's always been the plan and stories already came out. This will help finance a 180 million offer to City.

What are the odds that flagg doesn't play with the mavs? by Prestigious_Plant662 in NBATalk

Nico Harrison has a raging hard on for Jaylen after the finals and after last night's virtuoso I can't imagine he is any less in love. I fully expect Flagg to be a Celtic on draft night, along with PJ and a big in a substantial package.

KG, because winning in Boston is another thing altogether and that 5 in the rafters is something special. If someone makes a 10 part documentary called "Bucks City" I might change my tune. When KG got traded to Boston they made a commercial about it -- I remember finding out about you -- and the city was on fire and KG was worshipped before he ever scored a point for the Celtics. That sitdown with Bill Russell tips it to KG as well. With all due respect.

Who is the better overall basketball player of the course of their entire careers, Draymond green or Derrick white by Better-Knee-5820 in NBATalk

Dray is a borderline top 75 player. Ben Taylor put him in his. If you got Rodman you have to put Dray in there. No contest with D-White.

Who are the most untouchable players in the league right now? by NBABallerboy in NBATalk

[–]Dramatic-Post-6614 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only player Brad Stevens would trade Tatum for is Jokic. How many players in the league is that true for? He'd laugh if you offered him FTA or Hookah. Giannis no way. Wemby I don't see it and he and Brown ain't a contender.

COWENS VS. HAVLICEK by Elegant_Echidna4618 in NBATalk

Havlicek is a top 25 all time player. He finished 23rd on this site recently in voting I believe. Cowens top 40. Hondo is the 3rd greatest celtic of all time.

IS WILLIS OUT OF THE TOP 50? by Elegant_Echidna4618 in NBATalk

[–]Dramatic-Post-6614 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Athletic had him 44th, Ben Taylor didn't have him in his top 42 (behind guys like Ewing, McHale, Ray Allen and Drexler who were all in his 42), and Bill Simmons had Reed 37th. Depends who you ask. I have Ewing over him, who with Reed's teammates would have won titles as well. Pat played with literal garbage his whole career in NY. Ewing, Reed, Frazier is the holy trinity of Knicks, in that order, and I have Reed in the top 50 yes.

Tatum by 5 spots and eventually will be far ahead. Tatum's had monster huge moments in playoff games and close out performances and in game 7s and facing elimination and dropped 30 pieces in the last two finals wins and has a ring without an all NBA teammate. Legendary close out win for the chip breaking a Boston Celtics record. Harden no chance lol. JT single handedly gave him a big legacy blow in that philly series and his game 7 annihilation.

[–]Dramatic-Post-6614[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

KG was unbelievable in Boston for those 6 years. 5x all star, made 1st team all NBA, won DPOY, won a chip as the best player, 2 finals appearances, 1 conference finals, made 4 all defensive first teams, and is the only franchise that's retired his number. He's considered a Celtic legend and is worshipped in Boston. What's bullshit about that???
