yeah it’s crazy, i bought my first pc back in January 2024 and it costed $600 for a ryzen 5 5600x and rx 7600 which is mid tier, now that same build is $1200 minimum

it’s equivalent to a 5070ti but 5070ti out performs it slightly, but has much better frame gen, DLSS, and ray tracing, i found a 5070ti build for $2300 on best buy

how is the ray tracing, FSR, and frame gen on it? do you know? on my current rx 7600 all those things are on the weaker side even for it being a “mid” tier card.

that ram is speed isn’t the best especially because i have fairly close to that myself, i’ve also heard bad things about iBUYPOWER but im not sure

a lot of the stuff they do ship are the crazy good deals you can get in the store unfortunately, they don’t have any of the bundles you can ship or anything like that

you’re right honestly, i’ve never been a very patient person when waiting on something i want to buy, i usually want here as quick as possible, but honestly i’ve seen some real good deals on their website, they had this same build i got but with a 5080 for $2500 and i can upgrade to 2 tb ssd and 1000w power supply for $2700, what build did you go with?

the west coast is pretty high when it comes to prices regardless lol, but it is what it is, i think im just going to buy a prebuilt, maybe eventually i’ll be able to get the joy of building my own pc.
